It is a very good place to visit with family. The place is very clean. You can also do little bit of trekking to see the origin of a small river.

There will be plenty of water from July to December.water will be extremely cold.

There are quite a few view points to capture beautiful snaps

Thusharagiri waterfalls is an excellent falls we have visited in November 2019. After the heavy rains, there's plenty of water flowing through the falls, which is a good news for water-lovers and people who bathe in falls.
Also we were lucky enough to get there at this time with no rains and only a nice cool weather.
The entry tickets are given after 8 a.m. and allowed to go inside after 8.30. A small trek for about 1 km leads you to the first falls. The very look at the falls and the surrounding forest is breathtaking.
People who love to immerse in the water should be ready for an ice-freezing experience. Since the falls flows through the forest, the herbs and medicinal plants surely do have an impact on the water flowing. So it's really good to bathe in this water.
Thusharagiri - a completely lovely and lively experience for our family ! A must- visit place for all who come down to wayanad!

Tusharagiri is the get away place of kozhikode district. A waterfall which can be visited both in summer and rainy season. There is a small pond of water made by the waterfall where you can bathe. Be sure to carry some bath towels to enjoy standing under the waterfall. The water falls with great force and the rocks are slippery during rainy season so be careful if you are taking kids with you

I Had gone there during the first week of May . Pretty Far from the city , but the road is really good . There is an entrance fee and is a no plastic zone , so it's better you carry a water bottle because trust me , you will get extremely tired . You don't have any good restaurants nearby and yeah please be extremely carefully while getting down , it's really steep and nothing to hold to , I tripped and injured myself . So better be careful . Go there if you are going to Anywhere else like wayanad or Kakkayam . Don't just go for that place .

I travelled to Tusharagiri from Kozhikode. 70kms stretch. The roads were good and it was a smooth journey.
The area leading to the waterfalls was well maintained and neat. However, the waterfalls it self was not much. Maybe we went during off time.

The waterfall is quite nice though the water is less at this time of the year. A steep walk to the 2nd and 3rd waterfall. Beautiful surroundings. One is in the middle of nature.
