We enjoyed a visit to this family operated small winery in Nov 2016 as part of our Ampora Wine tours package. The winery also has a spa onsite, as well as option to stay on the property. This would be a wonderful place to stay on a honeymoon or couples retreat. the property and surrounding area is beautiful. Additional wineries... More

What a fabulous winery! I love the theme of familia on all their lines. Even the picture of their logo has their family. You can really tell they take their time to make exquisite wines and honestly, we should've bought more than we did! Their reserve bottle was the best. They only made 600 bottles and I can see why.... More

Small winery where one of the owners welcomes the visitors. Beautiful facilities and the view of the mountains is breath taking. Our guide Debora was excellent and very knowledgeable. They sell most of their wines at the winery and they deliver so if you like a particular wine it's best to buy it there. A great place to visit!

My friend and i really enjoyed ourselves. The owner who is lovely and spoke pretty good english showed us around. The quality of the wine is top. Also i think their sparkling is excellent and i should bought a bottle. Did not try the food or the wine. Beautiful view o the mountains, i'm told hot tubs will be replacing... More

We cycled here (not recommended on a Zonda day!) for lunch. The restaurant is very well fitted out, modern with a veranda area overlooking the somewhat uninspiring artificial lake. We were met by the owner who shoke our hands and was eager to strike up a conversation. A lovely touch, unfortunately our Spanish is limited as is his English. We... More

My partner and I did a tour and tasting at Gimenez Riili, and overall, they have some very nice wines and it was one of the most comprehensive tastings. We were not familiar with this winery before we arrived in Argentina – our concierge recommended it to us when we told her that we wanted the best wineries not the popular... More

The restaurant is set in the midst of a vineyard with a small pond a magnificent view of the mountains. The perfect example of slow food. They offer a very elaborate 5 course menu or a 3 course regional menu. Every course is accompanied by a wine from their vineyard specially chosen for the dish. We chose the 3 course... More

We had a wonderful lunch here, with the food paired with wine from the vineyard. The lady teaching us about the wine was excellent! Strongly recommend a visit

We arranged a morning horseback riding tour that started and ended at Gimenez Riili. This place is so beautiful and idealic!! It has a really gorgeous picnic-ing area that we didnt have time to take advantage of unfortunately but that looked perfect for lunch! We also were treated to a complementary sparkling wine that was delicious and very dry!

A perfect place to spend an afternoon. The house is beautifully stylish and modern. We took a 3 course lunch which included wine. 5 tastings in total. The cost was around £24 per person and was worth every penny. The food was excellent, we enjoyed Empanadas, Grilled meats and salad followed by a selection of desserts. The panoramic views are...
