A resort for locals, it would not be of a sufficient standard for most foreign tourists.

I'ts a nice place to stay with your family. We went there for a day tour and we had so much fun. For a short period of time we get to enjoy our summer.

Accommodation is good. I suggest you bring food because they do not have a restaurant inside but you can take short orders though. The beach is good best to enjoy with group.

We had our company outing last April and got the big white house..we are about 50pax sharing with 1 CR..the house is big but only about 2 outlet was available for charging...Beach is ok(water and sand along blue coral, Sabangan and aquatico are way better)it's an average resort...just don't expect anything so you'll not be disappointed..

This a long review but it will save your vacation so make sure to read this. We reserved Beach Hut 7 (Php 3500) and was allowed to go there earlier than check in time because it was unoccupied then. The room was so small and the bathroom was even smaller. I also had to return to the information office to... More

We went here last June 2014.. Sorry for late review. We were looking for affordable resort in the famous Laiya Beach and found this One Laiya. There are good reviews about this resort so I was hoping that somehow we will enjoy the experience and get what we paid for. We drive to Laiya and found no sign board to... More

Its very expensive, a day tour costs PHP1500 (including 2 meals), thats not including any water activities. Snorkelling requires another PHP3000 for a boat rent (10 seaters) and Kayaking requires PHP400. Very shallow beach with warm water when i went in afternoon 3pm-5pm. The beach is ok... But not for the rate.

The kubo that we stayed-in was pretty. It was a tad expensive but it felt more like we were paying to enjoy the beach and not the room itself so the price didn't matter. We were four (4) in the group and paid for 5k for the room (overall, not bad). The beach was gorgeous, white sand and everything (talk... More
