Most of the animals were either asleep or off site, paid £44 for my family and mother to enter and were in and out in less than 2 hours after looking into empty enclosures. Massive owls in tiny aviaries yet the little owl gets a massive one??!? all looks very run down with trip hazards all round the walkways

The new forest is great for ponies, but this little gem is a perfect visit for the family to see some very cute four and two legged friends. You could spend 3 hours plus here at this understated yet great little wildlife park. The woodland adventure park for children is an added bonus and don't worry if the animals are... More

Lovely setting with spacious animal enclosures, great staff, excellent service and food in the cafe and frequent short talks throughout the day of interest to all ages. Highlights were the wolves and the wallabies with babies in their pouches.

Stopped here on the way home from a mini break in The New Forest. Great prices, not too expensive. Nice to have a wonder around. Even though it was rainy we still had a great time and saw most of the animals. Otters, Lynx, Deer, Owls, Bison, Wallabies, Wild Cats. Great for children and adults, not a huge park but... More

33quid for a family ticket. Got to see 2 otters and a thoroughly lonely lynx. Half the animal enclosures are empty. The others you can't see inside as the glass is scratched so you couldn't see anything anyway.

What a hidden gem just outside Southampton! With so many animals to see (Wolves, Otters, Owls, and a lynx to name a few) and fantastic play areas there was plenty to keep the whole family amused all day. Even on a damp day in Feb! The park makes great use of its natural surroundings in the New Forest, giving the... More

I am lucky that I don't live far from the New Forest. It is a brilliant place to go with all the family or friends young or old. We visit many times during the year, but mostly in the summer months. Great place for dog walking, cycling, walking, fishing, picnics, camping and caravanning (also Motorhomes). You do need to get... More

Recently visited the centre and pleasantly surprised how good it was. There is a cafe with a costa express machine as you enter, perfect to warm you up in the winter. A decent cafe restarant that services kids meals. The centre itself is in Ashurst, just off the M271, and off the increasingly busy road through Lyndhurst. The otters are... More

We were staying for a long weekend in the New Forest and decided on the New Forest Wildlife Park because my wife wanted to see the otters but there was so much more to see....otters, deer, wallabies (even an albino one!), bison, wolves, owls, wildcats, a lynx and more... A wonderful day out and if you have a family, even... More

Been quite a few times as my brother and I both love Wolves. The park itself is a lovely few hours spent and would recommend. But the cafe.... It has been renovated and now looks quite out of place and some what tacky. The staff in there are also quite scary to be fair. One lady was irritated by one... More
