Spent a lovely morning learning pottery with Lee and Kathy. Having never tried pottery before we were immediately put at ease as Lee began to teach the group. We all had plenty of time at the wheel and our clay began to take shape. We...More

An original and fascinating birthday treat from my daughter. A warm welcome, lovely surroundings, and great fun learning pottery basics. Can't wait to go back and collect my pots! Many thanks to Lee and his Mum for a great experience.

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in beautiful countryside. Lee and Cathy make welcoming and professional teachers. Can’t believe I made 8 pots from never having thrown clay before I’m just a few hours. A great afternoon. I’ll be back. Thank you.

We had an afternoon taster session at Bentham pottery and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lee is a very good teacher - we all managed to produce a pot on the wheel and a hand built pot. It was great fun and we would highly recommend it!

Sorry for the delayed response. We specialise in teaching people how to throw on a pottery wheel. I’ve not taught any handbuilding for quite a few years now.
