the Monastery is simply a good representative of history and tradition in Israel. Those who like to visit sites looking for a piece of history, will find there a quite interesting find.

The monastery is located just on the way to Jerusalem. Good place to relax and drink a glass of locally made wine. The monks are friendly (even though they are not talking) A meeting with the monk Oliv'e is recommended

A place of peace and silence, you feel calm when walking within their garden. A shop with nice local products is at the enterance. Wine is nice but burbon is top class.
