Amazing collection . YASMINI was really helpful in choosing jewellery , polite , genuine and was quick. . Must visit and must buy @sari dewi

Our driver suggested we come here as I expressed that I wanted to do some shopping. I really enjoyed being shown through the work room and how the silver jewellery is made. We were then escorted into the shop and purchased some lovely jewellery. The prices were much cheaper than here in Australia. We were given a 30% discount. The shop is air conditioned and has clean amenities.

My friends and I had a blast in here. One friend is obsessed with jewelry - so myself & another got pulled too.
Well we were all inside forever!! Huge selection. Beautiful items. Quality items marked for sterling silver, etc… The ladies were persistent BUT respectable. Prices are negotiable to some degree (they respect the quality item they sell and will not go too low). I ended up purchasing 2 items ( weeks later- no regrets!) my friend got a ring, and our obsessed friend got 5 rings. I have allergies to certain metals and will get a rash wearing crap stuff—> my bracelet & ring do NOT bother which means they are of good quality. Would recommend. 😂

The staff were super-helpful and were able to consistently show me silver pieces in my price range and in line with my taste. I've been visiting every time I come to Bali, and it's been consistently good. I somehow managed to buy a ring that was much too large for me (fingers swollen that day?), and when I visited again, they were happy to exchange or resize it - so nice!

Awful customer service and poor quality. Gave me a bad impression of the store and I was appalled with the way I was spoken to. Wasted money on jewellery unfortunately. I recommend shopping elsewhere as there is nothing positive I can say about this shop

We came here by recomend of our driver. Was really funtastic collection of silver and also they have gold as well. The staff are very helping, also you can see how the silver being made. Was a lovely experience.

For Asians who travel to Indonesia, The products which are there is costliest because of the fact that most countries sell in Weight but over here it is with the quality and the design, they have standard prices for each and you can bargain for the same too ..! For people from western countries this may sound better when companies to value of the product ..!

We visited the center that has huge collection of silver and gold jewellery and other forms of art effect that used silver, gold or other metals. It was a nice experience though prices were higher.

As a tour organized by our cruise ship we were transported to this high end silver jewelry artist demonstration and product sale shop. Because of the large parking lot that can accommodate tour buses this is a popular place for large tours. At the entrance of the business there are about 8-10 skilled artists demonstrating their skills constructing very intricate pieces of silver jewelry--very labor intensive work with needle nose pliers and tweezers. You then enter the large shop where the silver products are displayed in large display cabinets and on the walls. If asked the staff will immediately offer you a discount (20% I suspect). If you want more of a discount you have to negotiate but there will be a limit how far they will reduce the price. I suggested a 50% discount of a pair of earrings but my offer was refused. There are many staff available "escorting" you around the shop although I felt like I was being stalked as I meandered around the display cabinets inquiring about the prices of various pieces. Nothing is really cheap in this establishment. They take all credit cards. The shop is air conditioned. Worth a visit if you are into jewelry.

I had really wanted to buy silver when I visited Bali during my Asia trip. I did not know where to go outside of John hardy, so my cab driver told me about an area near Ubud that sells good silver at differ price points. I said I wanted to go somewhere between medium and high and so he took me here. I purchased 3 rings for about $210 usd. I thought that was an amazing deal being that I’ve seen similar rings in the states and the price was nearly triple for just one. I was so happy that I went back the next day without my driver (dumb choice). I arrived and went looking at some rings again and eventually made my way over to the chains. I was able to get another ring along with a chain, and since I purchased the previous day I got a good deal. $150 usd for the 2 items I purchased day two. However I did have to bargain for that price. After I left, a few days later I was at the airport admiring my collection and I noticed that the ring that I got on day two was in terrible shape. It turned to a tarnished silver and started to leave a green ring around my thumb. It was weird because none of the other rings had turned or looked as tarnished. I assumed that they switched it to a cheaper quality when I wasn’t looking to meet my bargain price. I was really upset, but though I got tricked I still love my other pieces. The chain is blah. But the other three rings are to die for. Idk if I recommend this shop or not. If you go just pay attention. I’ll definitely go back, but I will definitely keep my eyes wide open like a crack head.
