The name Elfleins-Hausla originates from it'sprevious owners Kaspar and Elisabeth Elflein.Kaspar had a homebusiness there-he was a blacksmith.He operated it with his son Georg til 1939.Georg was drafted and Kaspar then died.The 1894 born daughter Anna [of Kaspar+Elisabeth] remained single and lived at the house til her death in 1981.The house was very neglected and to be demolished at one... The museum is only opened on sunday afternoon, sadly when we visited it was closed... The small-scale estate was called to the last occupant, popularly "elfleinshäusla". It brings its visitors back to their own childhood and the "good old days".
