Again, not the easiest place to access but there are regular shuttle buses from the centre of Tongnan City to the park. The park access is on a narrow street so if it is a nice day and at the weekend the traffic does tend to build up. So an early start is recommended . The park is overlooked by a huge statue of Chen tuan, the man who designed the yin yan symbol that is the heart of the Dao faith. The climb up to the statue is relatively easy but the stairs are really small (China style!) so use the frequent rest areas. The view from the top is great, in March thy have an oil-seed rape festival so the whole area is full of bright yellow flowers (the scent is quite strong so if you suffer from hayfever be warned!) and from the top you can see a huge yinyan symbol in the fields. There is for the more brave traveller a zip slide accross the river from the monument but I prefered the small ferrys. There are many stalls selling local snacks (from spicy sweet potato jelly, to deep fried ice cream) and water based activities for the kids, just take your time wander along the river to the exhibition halls about half a mile upstrem. A great day out.
