大佛寺的大佛很高，看上去很慈祥的面孔，他盘腿坐在莲花台上，左手放在膝盖上，右手伸向前，面孔呈现慈祥的笑容，佛座前面有一口井，基本去过那里的人都要喝上一口来表达对佛的尊敬，井水清甜可口，解渴。
