Was a longer walk than expected from hotel riu Vallarta, but was a quaint little village. After a wander round we discovered a nice little bar on the beach by the name of Karens bar, where we could have a drink and watch the dolphins and pelicans . Very pleasant way to spend a morning😎

Also known as BC-erias because of the large numbers of folks from BC who come here to escape the cold and rainy winter months. It's warm and sunny...people are happy and friendly. There's a multitude of inexpensive restaurants..fresh seafood.. the beaches are not crowded like Puerto Vallarta..the cost of living is much less than at home..everything you need is nearby..

You can find them on FaceBook and they have a very nice beach area. The Food is 3 Star and very good Mediteranian style.

An average beach experience surrounded by a small cobblestoned town square with restaurants and a smaill outdoor market. Restaurants along the beach all open onto the beachfront, and usually allow access to their lounge chairs for the day as long as you're a customer. Settle in early, get some cheap drinks, and enjoy the stay.

Visited this quaint village from Nuevo Vallarta. Great native food in both food trucks and restaurants. Flea market vendors are mostly not aggressive and friendly. Cab fare about 10 USD.

This is a wonderful small town that is set back in time, worth the 30-45 minute walk up the beach from the Rui Palace Pacifico. Neat little restaurants tucked away along the alleys of town. We also visited the flea market, not that great but a nice way to spend a lovely afternoon.

Went with the Thomson reps but it's a straightforward enough walk to do alone. Bucerias is a lovely town for a stroll around but probably best to avoid the midday heat and crowds unless the market hustle and bustle is your thing.

We have seen a lot of changes over the years and most has been good. The church is lovely to see and it s in the center of town and all the rest stems out from there. It is right on the beach and there are many good restaurants along the bay, so take your time and try lots of... More
