Guarajuba Beach is a typical Bahia beach with the coconut trees, the open sea and the botecos (small bars to have a fresh beer at the beach). This is a very long beach, very good to have a walk or to run with low tide,...More

A great place for friends and family. Wonderful food and cold drinks. Loads of coconut trees as far as the eyes can see.

It’s a beautiful beach, surrounded of coconuts trees, not overcrowded, white sand, warm and clean to swim, just be careful with the sea currents and sometimes you can be unlucky and notice jellyfishes - it’s difficult, but it happens.

We stayed at the hotel and saw the beach through it. Amazing view and empty place - very private except for the people who sell bikinis and beach toys...

Nice warm water with good waves, not a calm sea, somedays it can drag you a little bit stronger, just pay attention to the flags. The sand doesn't get deed suddenly, so its quite safe to go inside.

We walked here from the entrance at the Vila Gale mare resort where we were staying. The slope of the beach is very shallow and you can walk out into the sea for 100 metres before the water hits chest level. The water is warm...More

The beach is very clean and calm. At some points there are some rocks but mostly it's just sand. One of the best in this region.

Most people there are natives or nearby town residents, not many tourists. The bars an restaurants are good, but the service is terrible (you have to call a waiter, they dont check on you), the price is ok. The beach itself is pretty calm and...More

The easiest way will be to fly to Salvador and take either a taxi or rent a car at the airport. The airport is on the same side of Salvador as Guarajuba and there is around 40 km from the airport to Guarajuba. You can also... More
