I have been there several times. My last time was in the middle of December 2020. Corona virus problems were here too. In most of shops, these with real good offers, had too many people. After that I have been there 10 times and the situation is the same. For good offers you need to wait to get in the stores.

Layout is similar to the Premium Outlet malls in the US. The place is huge. Not as many designer shops as the US though.

Hi, I have a question regarding the shuttle bus from Vienna. As I understood, I can buy a RETURN ticket online which costs 21 EUR for ą person. Is it really a return ticket or do I have to buy a return ticket somewhere in the shopping centre? And one more: when I buy the ticket online, I need to choose the return time (2,30 p.m. or 4 p.m.) What if I have bought the ticket for 2,30 p.m. but need some more time? Can I use the same ticket for later (or earlier) return bus?

the 21 euros is the price for the round trip. You do not need to buy a second ticket. Since the shuttle bus is operated by Vienna Sightseeing Company, we are not responsible for the service. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the travel time after booking. We would like to recommend you to book the 4pm bus, if you prefer to go back earlier, please ask the driver directly at the bus stop, usually it should not be a problem if the bus has free seats.
