Matukad Island has one of the best beach in Caramoan. It is where you will be able to find the Enchanted Lagoon too. :) You need to climb tho but once you reach the top, the view is definitely wonderful! Caramoan is love :)

for someone who don't climb stuff or haven't tried it this will be a hard climb, for someone used to climbing this would be very easy. I fall in between, I am not fond of climbing anything at all but I got through the caving...More

Best island near Tugawe. Sand was very fine and white. There is a mini hiking part to view 2 large bangus. There is also a rock formation where you can take great pictures of.

was able to just do some picture taking after our boat guide talked security into letting us. Otherwise would've been unable to. Not for swimming lots of jelly fish. Nature untouched.

Matukad is a small beach..cute like a private beach, nice to roll around d fine powdery sand. D rock fornation a good backdrop for picture, calm serene aura but d wind has a fishy smell..

White sand, karst rocks and perfect for swimming as part of a day trip. The beach is kept clean of litter.

Beautiful island but seems too popular and too crowded this May summer to really enjoy. Hence, 4 of 5 stars. Larger than Lahos island, we did spend lunch and more time here. It's fine white sand is smooth to the feet. Up on the jagged...More

It was a bit crowded with tourists when we visited. The rock formations were beautiful, though. Swimming here will be difficult during the low tide because of the corals.

You should search for DIY trips. I suggest you plan ahead and visit during summer since the waves are very large during rainy season.

Hi there, i havent heard that you can camp overnight in matukad, the island is just small, the only thing that you can enjoy is the hidden lagoon. But the beach is phenomenal.
