Just come here for the little train ride, great fun for adults and kids. The museum is easy to look around and some great info about the old mines of the area. A little gem just waiting to be explored. Second visit here 6 years...More

This was one of the stops on our Yukon Passports (Tourism Promo), and we learned more mining history, riding along on the little train. Although, I wouldn't sit right behind the little engine next time because the exhaust was pretty bad at times.

Unfortunately because of time constraints we attend during a drizzle. The staff was attentive and informative however because of the drizzle the train was not able to run as the rails must be dry . They are run by electricity! The displays were well presented...More

If you have time to kill this is an ok museum. Only $2 each so that's good. Would be great for little kids, they'd love the train ride.

This museum tells the story of the copper mine operated in the area in the early 1900's. There are quite a few photographs, panels explaining different aspects and then there is the small train. The admission ($5) gives you a ride on the small train....More
