The entire place is exceptional. Staff were friendly and had good historical background. The boat has been really kept intact. Displays were appropriate. A real historical gem. Unfortunately, we pretty well had the place to ourselves! It is a must see for tourists.

It was very interesting to see how this boat was designed to carry stuff - not people- from Dawson City to Whitehorse. The combination of the film and walking through the SS Klondike gave a dimension to history I've read in the pasts.

This was really neat to see. Such history and a great walk in warmer weather along the river to find this. It was sadly closed during my visit.

As part of the history of Yukon and the Gold Rush it is an essential visit. The steamer is permanently docked along the river and worth the visit to read the stories and see the boat.

A visit to the S.S. Klondike gives a truer picture of what travelling on the Yukon River would have been like.

Our guide was very informative and we like to know a bit of history about places we visit. He was happy to take photos of us and the amount of time there was just right
