The walk around the trails offered insight and wonderment in to the lives of the Indigenous Peoples. The restaurant needs to pick it up a bit and offer better prepared food.

Historic site, beautiful trails, throughout their website you can get familiar with exhibits, seasonal workshops, presentations. Summer time, they have developed a herbal garden and is amazing.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews here as nothing on the Wanuskewin Heritage Park (PARK!!!!) website indicates that this place is first and foremost a museum. It is, indeed, first and foremost dedicated to life on (and with) the land. One trail at least...More

This was an amazing experience. We attended a guided tour with a knowledgeable and wonderful woman named Randi who helped us to understand what the park represented and how it should be honoured. We then walked a few trails on our own and found beautiful...More
