We stepped into this gallery to find some warmth! We left after a wonderful introduction to Inuit art. What a gorgeous place, so full of delightful hand crafted items and pictures. The Manager was full of helpful informative details. Sadly, photographs are not allowed. But...More

A labor of love by the original M. Brousseau, this gallery (more like a museum) is a couple of blocks up toward the Porte Saint-Louis from the Chateau Frontenac. It is simply the most wonderful display of Inuit statuary anywhere. The pieces are beautifully displayed...More

This gallery has some truly stunning Inuit pieces. Of course most of it is quite expensive, but you can take home a beautiful piece suitable for framing for about $15. They're called "art cards" but they are quite large, foam board mounted, and gorgeous.

The glass window walls and sterile interior lends a big city ambience but with a cozy feel. Can't afford a sculpture? Then head on over to the Holiday Tree corner. I bought an igloo and some real mukluks there. People marvel at them when I'm...More
