Walking the street, especially at night, is like going back in time! I'm thinking it's as close to being in a European City as you can get in North America.

I can honestly say this is one of my favorite cities. Charm and beauty all in one. It has the feel of Paris but is more affordable and what is not to like about that?!?

Go early in the day when you have a chance of beating the cruise boats. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride when you get tired of walking.

the beauty of Old Quebec is that once you have parked in one of their many indoor garages, you can easily walk the city, get a Hotel in the walled old city it is awesome anytime of the year
