is a large park on the bank of the St. Lawrence River. A gift from the provincial government to Québec City for its 400th anniversary, good to walk around, by bicycle or by car a new viewpoint from which to admire the shoreline.

We stumbled upon this promenade and thoroughly enjoyed the views along the way. There are many stairs, and good walking shoes are highly recommended. It leads you to the P|ains of Abraham and the Citadel.

Along the river, clean, art, benches, restrooms...everything new and clean. Parking available throughout. This trail also connects to the trail to lower Quebec so can make a perfect day or grab breakfast in town and bike back to your car.
