We took a day trip from Montreal to the aquarium in Quebec as we were on a weekend trip from Ontario. We usually go to the Ripleys aquarium in Toronto and have also been to it numerous times. Its kinda expensive in my opinion. This one is much cheaper and is kinda cool cause its an outdoor zoo as well. They have a tunnel but its not the best...but its ok for the kids. The fish looked a little hurting iMO. The value comes in the outdoor area which reminds me of marine land in a way. They have sea lions and manatee and polar bears but no bears when we went. Still closed. Bummer. Worth one visit.

This is a beautiful aquarium but perhaps November wasn't the best time to visit. The indoor displays were great, especially the jellyfish. However, the outdoor displays were pretty sparse this time of year. That said, we did enjoy the Artic Fax display. Free parking was definitely a plus and we were impressed by the very large children's play area.

Lovely family activity. Impressed by the diverse jellyfish displays, up close to young polar bear brothers, and friendly ray touch tank. There was a fun natural playground outside overlooking the river. Also don’t miss the mesmerizing giant pacific octopus!
