It's a walkway where you have a privileged view of the Saint Laurence river and surroundings. Apart from the 310 steps, it's worth the effort!!!

Well, we did the Breakneck stairway and skipped the Cap-Blanc, but could not resist this one. It starts on the Dufferin Terrace and follows the walls of the fortifications up until you get to the Plains of Abraham and the top of the Citadelle walls....More

Live music by street artists, lots of room, very nice view and a touch of history. A place you cannot and should not avoid visiting Quebec City

Excellent views and nice walk, even with harsh cold weather (had -21 C with windchill -30 C) it was very enjoyable.
