Of course, visit the Basilica, but also the wonderful church as well. The beauty is amazing but oh so different. Reverent.

We were not able to go inside St. Patrick's Basilica because they were have a service but we did walk around the grounds. Unfortunate but keep this in mind as to the day of the week you are nearby.

One of our favorite churches in Montreal - very reminiscent of European churches. Love the gothic architecture.

Easy to find and get into, not busy with any tour groups when we were there. Just enough ornamentation to make it interesting but not overwhelming. Good short stop we planned around other things in our day. Tip: Easy access to Metro.

Beautiful and brighter than Notre-Dame Basilica. A whole different feel. Get there early to beat the tours. No photography during service, but ok otherwise

The cathedral is open from 8:30am until after the 5:15 mass on mondays
