A lovely restaurant with a great menu; Our server, Jessica, was super pleasant and very accommodating. Even though my meal was not as expected, the staff made it right: we could say over the top! We would go back for sure.

This is the square in front of the Notre Dame cathedral in the heart of the historic quarter of Montreal. It is not really that special and you will find similar squares in many cities.

Fairly open area left over after the freeway development. One of the historic centers of Montreal, but not very pretty.

Besides the main statue, check out the statues (and their plaques) in the corners of the square depicting a pug and poodle. Amusing. Art plus history.

This square is located near the St and Notre Dame Cathedral being a meeting place. Here finds the statue of the founder of the city of Montreal, Paul de Chomedey. It is a point of departure from OLD Montreal's street network

Just between Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur and the old building of Bank of Montreal, you'll be able to see a monument erected in the memory of Paul de Chomedey, the founder of Montreal himself ;) It's a well-known place, near from metro, so it's easy to...More

Most of the parking near the Basilica is street, parallel parking. Also, I know there was at least one small lot a block from the Basilica.
