Bois de liesse is a park accessible all year round, and there is many entrances if you wish to avoid the parking fees. However I do suggest avoiding the woods during the summer months as there is lots of mosquito's during this time. But, spring, fall and winter its a beautiful place for a walk, hiking, running, biking, and cross... More

We LOVE this place and are here once a month every season all year round! There is just so much to do. We take our dog too. They have cheap skis for rent in winter, or a little mountain for sliding. A little chalet where they have snacks... and rest area. They have fun family activities and it's so big... More

This is a great park to walk around in. Winter time the trails are groomed for x-country ski. There is a chalet with rentals and hot chocolate and washrooms. There is 'on the street' parking', and closer to the chalet there is paid parking. Summer time they have BBQ pits, PicNic tables, bike racks.

So fun! I appreciated the beauty even in the busy pierrefonds area. My only complaint...we were snowshoeing, the trails are badly marked and unclear where to start each section, so we did loops 2-3 times in circles before finding our car. Go with a printed map and read the signs carefully! Enjoy a day of winter activity!

I've live in Montreal for over 20 years and never went to this park before. Should be great to live close to such a nice park for walk or runs. It's 9$ to park for more than 2hours, unless you know another entrance from accross the park, then you can park on the residential streets. We appreciated the Japanese walkway... More

I wandered around here all afternoon; i saw three other people. Dozens of kilometers of lovely paths, raised paths, bridges, little lookouts, hidden benches. A treat.

After some frustration (construction, filth and tons of homeless folks) with trying to enjoy Montreal with young children we decided to head away from the city center. We came here and it was perfect. Parking was $7-9 depending on length of stay. The grounds and trails are well kept. We took the "frog trail" only 3km round trip as we... More

Been visiting this park for years (since my kids were little) and as always it was clean, beautiful and takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We took 2 trails on our walk, the blue one and the green one, and the whole walk took around 1.5 hours. The green trail is more forest-y so you might want to think about bringing bug spray! We parked on a residential street just off of the Rue Gouin so we didn't have to pay for parking in the... More

I moved out of the City last year to settle with my family at walking distance from the Bois de Liesse nature park, and couldn't be happier with our choice. It is simply fantastic to have such a great park at your doorstep. Ever since we've moved here we have thoroughly enjoyed the 10+km trails - it's perfect for a... More
