We went twice during our vacation in Montreal, both times for the Montreal Jazz Festival. Enjoyed it! Buy tickets online to make your visit easy. Very nice venue. We walked via Underground City from Intercontinental hotel in Old Montreal in about 15 minutes.

I purchased tickets just a few days before a concert by Pink Martini. Not many were left, so we got seats in a loge and we were delighted that we had a fantastic view with no obstructions and very comfortable seats.

A symphony hall suitable for large companies like ballet etc. and smaller theatre spaces, Place des Arts is well worth a visit depending on your taste for the attractions that are on at the time of your trip to Montreal.
