Pretty fun to see the sights. It was very quiet and not allot of people so we got to go around 4 times which was fun for the kids and we got our moneys worth.
$150 for a family of 6 for about 25 minutes

When we saw the price of admission (a bit steep in our opinion), we almost walked away. But then we said, "We're on vacation, we may never be back, life is short, let's do this!" And we are glad we did.
No matter the weather, you'll be comfortable as the cars are enclosed and temperature controlled. You get some great views from up on high and the wheel does go around multiple times.
Also...it was just good, plain FUN! If you can afford it, do it!

eautiful clear sky for the time we rode this great structure. The views were amazing. It was cold out but our enclosure made it comfortable and we could unbundle a bit. Only 2 people in line in front of us.

It was a great experience to see the city transition from evening sunset to the lights of city and river. Not very busy and well worth the money. The view of the bridge and light display was an added spectacle

We weren’t sure what to expect, and I found the admission price to be quite steep. I assumed that it was a very slow attraction that would take ten minutes to go around.
The Ferris wheel was quite fast and we went around in a matter of two-three minutes. I felt disappointed at first assuming it was one trip around… we actually went around five times!

We visited in Nov. of 2022, I'm afraid of heights, but braved the wheel! It's a bit scary, but worth the views! They had a beautiful Christmas tree in front, great photo op. !
It was $25.00 per person and you go around 4 times.

Went during off season so no wait, but also views weren't as beautiful as they would be in the summer. We've done the London Eye and the Seattle Wheel and this is not as great as those, but worth doing i f you're in the city.

This is a fun ride that will give you a slowly changing view of the city and the landscape. it's a bit expensive but it's fun and worth it if you like these kinds of rides. You will find it at the Old Port.

It was a perfect day to view the fall colours from the ride. Since it was the middle of October, there was absolutely no line, and we enjoyed 3 times around. We had just arrived in Montreal for our first visit and decided to do this first. Excellent. The parking was very expensive, but we did some walking about while we were there. Had we waited until we were booked into our accommodations we could have walked there instead and saved on the parking!

We rode La Grande Roue de Montreal as it opened on a sunny fall day and the light provided great photographs, including autumn colors. It is a fun experience. The cabins are climate controlled and the ride is smooth and pleasant

we went early in the day, about 10-11 am ... there was no linne . very few people. id suggest buying tickets there. they have many discounts

If you purchase the day/evening ticket do you have to do both in the same day, or can you go during the day one day and then the evening on a different day?

Hola, una opción es comprar en linea los boletos, otra es llegar antes de las 10:00 am comprarlos y pasar el tiempo en el viejo puerto, en el viejo Montreal, en el mercado, y cerca de ahi hay muchas actividades para la familia. Saludos.

Yes, your photo is taken in front of a green screen before you go on the ride. They add the Ferris wheel as background and post the picture for you to see once you exit the wheel. Costs $30 if you choose to take it. Do not wear anything green if you think you might want the picture as it will not photograph well. Not sure how many people could be in the picture- 6 as a max I would say since the background screen is small. Not aware as to how it is packaged.
