This has been one of the must-dos every time I am in Windsor (I live in Michigan). Now that the owners want to close it down, it's just depressing. The history of this beautiful building, the Canadian/American history attached to it, HIram Walker's family's history, and finally the history of the Canadian Club Brand will no longer be available to... We lived here 50 plus years and finally in hearing they were going to stop the tours we decided to take advantage on a saturday morn. We were pleasantly surprised of the history in our own backyard. It is a shame that they are not considering options to maintain a interesting tour attraction, the city is losing a real gem... More

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour! You could tell that the staff really enjoyed their jobs! Hoping something will change and they save this gem. Too beautiful and full of history to lose!

Planned for weeks to hit their tour. Was told no reservations were accepted. Got to the door and sign says sold out. Found out that the DID take reservations. Poor customer response from the front desk. Really disappointed.

Not sure how much longer this building will be offering tours to the public. It is a beautiful old building well worth a visit. The rooms have been left as they were in the day that the family was living and working here. It will be too bad if tours are no longer offered.

This is a magnificent building filled with Windsor history. The tour centers on prohibition and it is really interesting. You learn where the saying, " The Real McCoy" comes from as well as the word, "cocktail". The furnishings and the art work are fantastic. Our family had a wonderful afternoon tasting Canadian Club and touring the building.

After reading their website regarding tours, Decided to try it last Saturday. Since the website stated "No Reservations", I got there early and since there are multiple tours each day, I figure there would be no issues. Boy was I wrong. While you can't reserved a spot on the tour, I discovered that you can travel to Canada and buy... More

The building is incredible with the details, the history and the water views. The tour was very informative, interesting and educational. I would love to go back and do it again. A nice whiskey tasting at the end in the bank section. One of my favorite tours!!

The Brand Centre is the epitome of the best that came from Hiram Walker and family to promote growth in Walkerville and Windsor . ..it is the best in architecture , design , decor , landscape and furnishings . .. but it is about to close . ..get there now !
