Although this isn’t a “couples thing” per se (only one person per pod), we decided to give “floating” a try on an afternoon out in the city. It was a pretty cool experience! I’m not one who naturally floats, but with the addition of 800...More

I've been coming to REST Nest for a year now and I absolutely love it. I got the membership which encourages me to go monthly so I can practice mindfulness at least once a month (total bare minimum!). The staff are friendly and approachable and...More

Wonderful facility with great service. Best hour I can give myself during the week without any effort except to show up at this facility. Everything else is provided and all I need to do is be there. Helps to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly did my research before diving into my first floating experience. I chose Rest Nest over H2O because I read H2O was located near the train tracks and some people did not find the sound of the passing train to be particularly relaxing. Plus...More

Visited in May 2016 for my first time float. I thought I was okay, but I did get very sick the following day (and it lasted for a week). I was nervous about getting undressed and being left alone there, so for my first time,...More

Having gone to float sessions at multiple other locations in the city, I can say that Rest Nest is the best so far. The major drawback from other venues has been that they are directly over subway lines and that every 3-5 minutes you can...More
