Great Venue for Grey Cup

What makes TFC games enjoyable to watch besides the actual players - the stadium! Crazy fans make it even more fun!!!

Great place to take in a sporting event. Seats were plastic. I sat at the south end. big screen at north end. Great for viewing replays. They areas are covered everywhere but NOrth side. Lots of food facilities and washrooms. Really enjoyed my day. PLenty of parking all around the area.

What a great day!! We had a blast!! The facility was great, clean, easy to get around. Every one was friendly and helpful. Even though we were rooting for the opposite team everyone showed good sportsmanship and were a lot fun to watch a game with " one of the most fun games we've ever attended. Even though our team... The event was a huge success, but the venue is lacking. Sight-lines were better than expected for the outdoor hockey game. Hard to follow at times as we were situated behind the team benches. Metal stands were ridiculous with feet stomping, made us feel somewhat unsafe at times. Sound system was blaring and slightly distorted, plus the music was aimed... More

Helped that the Leafs won!The weather was perfect.... since it's outdoor event u cannot control it. This venue was really great Sat in bleachers at north end. So unfortunately the large screen was behind us so the very small screen was at other end in corner Tickets were over $200.00 each so u would think that the NHL or Toronto... More

Took in the outdoor game and came away with memories of a lifetime. They did a great job with the pregame activities and the layout ans sight lines for the game. Quite impressed with the concessions and what they were selling (other than the beer prices wow), and the washrooms were ample size (better than the ACC) and warm for... More

Went to see the alumni hockey game. Great sight lines, helpful staff. Would recommend public transit though. Exiting the parking lot took over half an hour

While the Argos had a terrible season, I was luckily enough to catch a game at BMO field (my first time to the stadium and my first CFL game). The stadium is great, lots of drink choices, well laid out, nice selection of food truck vendors and really close to the GO.

A dsipatch from a member of the Brougham Faithful: My family traveled from Seattle to Toronto for the honour of watching the MLS Cup finals in early December. My son believed a "well-meaning" supporter from TFC who said all you need is 2 layers, gloves and a hat. HA HA! He froze. It was 20 degrees at the field and... More

Staying in Queen Street and West Queen West

Neighbourhood Profile
Queen Street and West Queen West
Known as the Art & Design District, West Queen West is one of the most energetic and dynamic of Toronto's neighborhoods. Along with its great modernist museums, clubs, and restaurants, it's home to some of the funkiest specialty shops, ranging from clothing to stationary to collectables, and caters to niche and vintage shoppers of all kinds. That makes it a mecca for creatives, including hobbyists designers, writers, and painters. With ink on their hands and fabric pelts in their bags, visitors to Queen Street traverse the avant-garde blend of historic architecture and ultra-contemporary fare. Home to some of Toronto's chicest hotels and most modish java fixes, busy with street cars, and always suffused with live music drifting onto packed patios at bars and clubs by nightfall, the vibrancy of West Queen West is undeniable.
