Faz Moosa is the best massage therapist from whom I've ever had the privilege to receive treatment. As an active person I have had lots of body work from therapists on several continents, and while each has their strengths and many have great technique, none have come anywhere near Faz's level of care. This is because his care encompasses way... More

I went to see Faz for the first time based on high reviews on TripAdvisor and had a fantastic experience. We focused on body work and alignment of hips to reduce pain and improve posture. It was enlightening and educational as well as enjoyable. My friend had a regular massage and enjoyed it immensely too. We highly recommend Faz and... More

I've seen a couple of physiotherapist and RMT but Faz came with another approach. Not just fix the issue, but rather find the reason for it and try to prevent it in the future. A complete walk through showed that not my leg but my back is the reason for all problems. Big thanks to Faz

Faz is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced masseuse I have had the pleasure of working with. I met Faz when I first moved to Toronto from Sydney for 6 months. Since then, I see him at least twice a week whenever I come for work. He is amazing at restoring the body after any kind of stress, whether... More

I am in my 30s, do a lot of sports and have recently returned to school full time. Time spent on my bike, plus 10 hours a day studying has taken a toll on my neck and shoulders, causing some really bad headaches and even dizziness. A few massages with Faz helped immensely. It is not your typical massage, so... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
