Went to the Don Mills store to buy Tilley hat and pants. The selection of hats was huge and I bought my fourth high quality Tilley hat. For the first time ever I was disappointed with my experince of buying Tilleys iconic pants. I was informed that the blue colour pants are no longer available (only kharky) and odd sizes... More

My husband has been wearing Tilley clothes for over 10 years, so today we went in to get him 2 new Tilley hats, because he looks really nice in them, and ended up spending over 2 hours browsing and shopping. Fortunately, we enjoy travelling, and Tilley clothing has always been our travel clothes of choice, and it's always nice to... More

I visited this store a few weeks ago because I needed a new hat for my trip to Yosemite. The customer service is excellent, they helped me determine the right size of hat to buy and they were really patient, as I am usually very picky when deciding to buy something. The hat is amazing, it lives up to its... More

I recall meeting Alex Tilley back in Toronto in the early 1980s, but I don't remember the context. Somehow, a few years slipped by before I ever bought a Tilley product. Since then, I have bought and still use an Airflo hat (2008), two Legends Outback vests (2008, 2016), a pair of Legends zipoff pants (2007), 2 shirts (2007, 2016),... More

I attended the Tilley family owned store on Don Mills Road in Toronto to purchase some pants for an upcoming trip to North Africa. Service is attentive without being cloying, rather like really good French service in a restaurant. Although they specialize in travel clothing I often shop here for another reason: The clothes are Canadian made. The cut is... More

So, like most Canadians, I knew about the iconic Tilley Hat. I always was fascinated by my Dad's & now I have one of my own. This is the first time I was in an actual Tilley store. So. Much. Fun! The staff is friendly. They have candy! And coffee. They also have all their fab Hats and clothes. The... More

New owners, but still the same high-quality goods. There have been a few changes. The birthday gift is now gone. The friendly and helpful staff is the same, although they've apparently had their hours reduced. If the quality continues, keep going back.

Stunning flagship shop for this truly wonderful Canadian brand. I own 3 Tilley hats and I love this place as they have all the new hats for Fall and Spring, in most sizes. Full range of clothing too plus lots of other interesting brands for travel and the outdoors. Knowledgeable staff and tons of parking. Good Harveys burgers across the... More

It was no problem trading in my old worn Classic shorts for a new pair, and bought a new pair as well! Eglinton subway station -> Eglinton E. bus -> Don Mills Rd. N. bus -> 2nd stop ($3) Courteous staff. Was informed that the future of the brand and its quality were suspect so, trade in your old Classic... More

I bought my first Tilley hat in 2005 and used it almost daily in the sun and rain of Florida. After 10 years of wear, it started breaking at the seams, although I could still use it. This hat, the LTM6 AirFlo, is made to be washed and worn, and it is wide enough to protect the neck and shoulders... More
