Canada's Wonderland this is not, but for those looking to entertain their children it works out well enough, although the bang for the buck is not particularly good.

We visit here every year and have since our son was young. It is a great place alone, as a couple or family. Take the ferry over and just walk, relax, picnic, visit the theme park. There are geese, swans, loads of picnic areas. Very...More

As part of our Centre Island trip, we came here because our 2 year old daughter loves farms and animals, and we were pretty happy with that component of the park. All of the animals are well-kept, and the staff is friendly, informative, and actively...More

Go west of the Island Ferry on busy summer days and go to the next marina area where you can hop on a water taxi for $10 and be on the island before the next ferry leaves. Line ups can be crazy on summer mornings...More

Go early to avoid massive summer line up to ferries. Adults can join children or grandparents can join grand children on train and some other rides. Fast food almost inedible .run by poorly trained children. We go every year and never gets any better.

Recommend taking the kiddies and strolling the park. There are age-appropriate rides for the little ones and not really overpriced. There are food establishments and shops throughout the amusement park. Enjoy a sunny, peaceful day in the park or surrounding grounds for a family picnic!

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
for the rides, do you need to wait for a long time? normally how long will be waiting time for getting on the rides, esp. the rides for younger kids? would it be too crowed or too busy that hesitate you to try the second time on the same ride? thanks.

Hello, we waited around 10-15 minutes on most rides, the only one, which was up to 45 minutes, was the water ride but neither of my children were tall enough for the ride. So it wasn't an issue. We visited when the summer... More
