We had a fantastic dinner up in the clouds. It did clear up at the end, so we had some great views. The ride up is a little scary if you in the front of the elevator, but wow what an experience. Top notch service and really excellent food as well.

I visited CN Tower through a tour, I spent maybe an hour and a half maybe less going up and having a walk around, you could probably spend more time there if you want but it was somewhat of a flying visit for me. The views were lovely and the staff were friendly!.... I found it best booking through a... More

One of the tallest structure standing, recorded tallest tower record for decades. On a good day you can see a good distance. Visit during evening hours so you can enjoy daylight and night time Toronto views for sure. Has two restaurants. You can buy the second level observation deck tickets from up there its even cheaper. A must in Toronto,... More

The restaurant + tower deal is only about $20 more than the tower ascent alone, so quite a bargain, as the menu is quite chi-chi. If you want to buy a bottle of wine with your meal, the cost of your day has just doubled. The service was charming. Everyone liked the food apart from me; I thought the ribsteak... More

I enjoyed my experience visiting the CN Tower. Not only was the view beautiful, there is a nice gift shop and interesting historic wall art. My only complaint was the long line to get up, but it's to be expected for such a landmark.

Maybe it is just because I'm from a small town but I was blown away looking out of the tower to see the whole city. It is expensive for what it is, but I would say it's worth seeing at least once.

I visited the CN Tower with colleagues, we experienced the glass floor, the views and the restaurant, which was lovely. I think the lit-up night time views are particularly lovely - the lakes versus the city and it's great to go with someone who can point out all the landmarks to you, particularly if you are tight on time so... Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
