Elite saved the day!!!! They were able to get our exec from Toronto Airport to the Buffalo airport so fast that he made a flight we didn't think was possible. Amazing customer service, great at communicating and speedy. Highly recommend!!

We were picked up from our Hotel and driven to Lake Simcoe. Our driver, Karan was wonderful. We had an amazing private chauffeur service in a beautiful clean Cadillac Escalade. Several days later we were picked up from the Lake and driven to the airport. The whole experience was reasonably priced and exceptional. I must mention “GM” who owns the company and helped make this effortless and enjoyable.
My husband and I , along with our friends, highly recommend this company . Don’t hesitate to use them.

My friend and I were picked up at Toronto International Airport. Our driver contacted us as soon as we landed, and was waiting for us at the designated spot. In spite of the crazy traffic, our driver got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner, and was friendly and helpful throughout the drive. The same driver picked us up on our return trip! Great customer service and reasonable rates. I would book with them again!

Firm admits knowing that plane was late. By time we had cleared customs and picked up cases driver had classed us as no show. Refund refused. Do not use this firm. A taxi is just as comfortable, easily found at airport and half the price.

From the moment you approach the vehicle, the driver introduces himself opens your door and makes you feel at ease. His service is immaculate and punctual.
I can't say enough about the way he treated my daughter. He gave her a stuffed animal for her to play with for the long ride.
The conversation was genuine and unforced and after two hours I felt like we were best friends for years.
I will definitely book with Elite GTA again.

My colleague and I chose to book a car with Elite GTA to drive us from my home to Pearson Airport because their price was comparable (within $5-$10) to other companies. The driver was so kind, calling me 10 minutes before pick up to see if we wanted a coffee (it was the morning and he was going to stop to get coffees if we wanted one). The ride was smooth and the driver was very pleasant. We opted to take the 407 to save time and the 407 charge was pretty much that charged by the 407 (no mark-up, or very little by Elite GTA). We were very satisfied with the service that we booked a ride for our return from the airport. For our return trip with Elite GTA, we were greeted by another driver who, like the first driver, showed up a few minutes early to the airport to pick us up. He texted me the door # that we were to greet him. The SUV was limousine-like, very fancy!! The driver had water, cookies, and mints for us which were pleasantly unexpected! Loved their service- would definitely book again with Elite GTA.

Made a reservation in error for a day in the past - before I found the error they had already charged me for something impossible for them to do unless they had a "time machine". They falsely claimed they tried to call me to correct the error but I was home all day - no call. NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THEY ARE A RUDE MONEY GUBBY BUNCH! Plenty of alternatives for car service in Toronto

I need the Toronto Pearson to Kitchener car service to visit my uncle home. I call the Elite luxury Chauffeur Services . And ask for their Toronto Pearson to Kitchener car service. They are quick in responding and give me their reliable and effective services on time. I like the way their drivers deal and interact with me and drive as the way I give the suggestion. Their cars are maintained and are full of luxury; I have no issue regarding the services of their company and the attitude of the drivers. They are trained and licensed and are accessible 24 hours at the good rates.
