Went here to walk, look at the gardens and feed ducks. We intended to go to the gallery but it was closed even though there were no doors that said it was closed. The sign actually said they were open from 1-5pm and we were there at 1pm. That was disappointing. Gardens were beautiful and really nice to walk around.

This park has sentimental value for me as I grew up a few blocks from this park and walked here every day with my dog for some quiet r & r by the lake. It was great to see it so full with families enjoying the sunshine and the large playground and throwing rocks in the lake. Every Tuesday evening... More

Even though there was not much to see in the galleries, the park aroung it and the lake were very beautiful. The staff was great and kindly explained to us in detail what each object was about. There was no entry fee, but donations were accepted. They should add more interesting exhibits.

It's too modern for me. Exhibits and displays are always of a modern era. I really do not like this place. It's too wide and subjec to confusion.

Friendly staff, one of the top contemporary art galleries in Canada. The location at Gairloch is beautiful so be sure to walk in the garden. The location at Centennial Square in Downtown Oakville is convenient to many great restaurants.

Dull, uninteresting...certainly needs something more exciting to keep people coming. Lovely setting on the lake.

Oakville Galleries has a remarkable collection on a stunning lakefront property in Oakville. Call ahead or check their website to see what is on when you want to go because most of their collection is in storage since the gallery is quite small. They also have space in the downtown Oakville Library that is often worth a look but, don't... More
