Went to the Amazing Adventures Playland yesterday for my daughters birthday and the staff were brilliant, place was very clean and gleaming. The staff tried every way to make sure our needs were met and to ensure the kids had a great day. We were very pleased with our host and the staff while booking the event and how obvious it was that they love their job.
Was pleased food came quite quickly and was hot, and party was overall great success. I would definitely recommend and will be going back again.

We had our son's birthday at the Oakville location and although the facility is spacious, clean, very well kept and quite entertaining for the kids (all the kids loved the party!), we have a some disappointing moments close to the end of the party.
At reservation, we were informed that we could arrive 15min prior to our party to setup, and that the differential of the Amazing Adventures Playland is that parties are not set back to back and we would have another 15min to gather our gifts, food, etc after the 2 hour duration time was over. A notion I really appreciated.
At the start (15min earlier) we were greeted very nicely by the playland host. She was very helpful and polite and helped us with all the setup. She greeted all of our guests nicely, was polite and friendly. At exact 1:30 hours at start of party, she called me to close the balance of my account (still 30min to go, but I thought maybe she wants to be ahead of her game). At 20min to the end, she started to clean up on us while people were still eating (we still had 20min!!). At 10 min to the end, the lady blinked the lights about 10 times and screamed that was 10min left (she could have told ME to start closing things and letting people know of the time, it would be more polite as all the parents were there as well). At 5 minutes to the end (1:55min of party) she TURNED OFF the lights for a full 3 minutes!! We were all left at the dark for this extend, and all the parents looked at me very surprised with her attitude. Extremely rude!! I told her I was aware of the 15min to clean up after (and my guests had already started to leave), but she seemed to ignore it completely. She turned the lights back on and proceed with her clean up while I was gathering the gifts and our shoes.
As we left (5min after party was over - giving her another full 10 min to continue with her clean up), I just wished the host was the nice man that had shown me the place at reservation.
Overall really liked the facility, but staff need training.Most of parents are extremely respectful of time and the lights off she could have used after the time for the party was actually due. Kids were still coming down the play structure (IN THE DARK) at 5 min to the end.
