    pretty good beer
Love the beer flights here where you can choose 6 or 9 beers. This is not so bad since most of their beers are low in alcohol content. Most were very good and we even bought some to take home. The outdoor deck was nice and staff was knowledgeable. However, they didn't tell us that the kitchen was closing very early, but they did bring us some hummus and pita. Would return to try the beers during other seasons.

    Great Nosh
The missus tucked in to this cool brewery/bar to whet our whistles and have a quick nosh. Bright, cheery and ultramodern, it offers at least of their dozen or so beers on tap, ranging from 2.3% to over 10% ABV. We went with Golden ale, aged in Chardonnay barrels so has a fruity, crisp and bright bite. Had the sourdough pretzel alongside, with scrumptious pesto, mustard and roast garlic dips. We learned this is one of the few commercial establishments of any kind open here during the winter season. With 2 draft, $53 before tip

I have been to the Exchange Brewery many times. Each time I was there I was treated like a valued customer. Well that all changed this past Friday night. When I ordered a flight of beer, the bar tender was only filling the glass half way I had to ask this individual to please do a full pour for each glass. With a some what attitude the glasses were full. Then I ordered some butter popcorn. The popcorn was stale and cold. I asked for butter, but when I got the order, it had a powder substance on top. My issue is when I order butter popcorn I expect it to be warm, with melted butter. Also tbe customer service was sub par. Not welcoming at all. I feel that if this doesn't change, I will not be back.

I had travelled across Canada for three weeks. This was, by far, the worst, most indifferent service that I encountered on my travels.
The requested drinks were not available and the food chosen from the limited item menu was likewise unavailable. Did the staff suggest alternatives, apologise for the lack of items? Nope. Totally indifferent, more concerned with chatting and preening.
Pity - the venue is a great spot, but more professional service needed here.

Great beers & knowledgeable staff. Would recommend the 4x beer flight & cheese board pairings. Visited twice (by coincidence), once as a walk-in and second as part of a beer/cider/wine/spirits tasting tour around the area.

Nice brewery but mostly brews sour beers. If I liked sour beers I would rate much higher. The two non-sour beers were decent.

Came here on a Niagara wine tour excursion and were introduced to some very interesting beers! I'm not much of a beer enthusiast as that's more my husband...I gravitate more to the wines. But I have to say, there were some delightful beers that I sampled here! They had a nice little rooftop patio and we enjoyed an elevated grilled cheese sandwich (which was absolutely delectable!) with our beer flights. The place isn't large but it is perfectly situated on the popular stretch of Niagara on the Lake shops. Even if you're not with a tour, this place is a great place to take a break from shopping and enjoy a crisp refreshing beer with a bite to eat.

You can grab a nice large flight of 6 beers for about $17 here. It's perfect for sharing.
We sat out on the patio out back and enjoyed the sun and fresh air while sipping!
We were really impressed with the wide range of different beers they had. There was a great range of lighter beer, fruity flavors and more hoppier brews.
We are really feeling the Hefeweizen's this summer and theirs did not disappoint! We also enjoyed the Cherise, which we found to be very unique as it's a Belgian style ales with the added taste of sour cherries! We didn't enjoy the Apricot Berliner Weisse as much as we were anticipating, but it wasn't bad either. The Syla was very good, and strong. We enjoy a good Belgian Tripel though, so that was right up our alley. The Fiore was a very nice refreshing Pilsner.
Service was also very quick and efficient. We really enjoyed our time here. It's right downtown NOTL where you can park and then walk all along the street trying different sweets and treats and then pop in for a flight or pint.
