Nice friendly people, generous samples...but this is no chocolate factory nor is the tour a factory tour. Being a business person and a lover of chocolate, within a couple of minutes of this tour I realized something fishy was going on. Hopefully I'm wrong but...More

I'm really sorry that you feel you have been scammed. We are an artisan chocolate factory, and not a run of the mill type. We take chocolate to new norms by creating different tasting chocolates like our chocolate covered cherries, blueberries and spicy cashews. We...More

We took in the tour two weeks ago while in Niagara Falls on a family vacation. The staff were all very friendly and informative. We learnt a lot on the tour. A lot of chocolatey products available to purchase as well. Definitely worth checking out.

The tour itself was a bit boring but some of the chocolates they make here are so delicious! The cranberry, blueberry, cherry and lavender chocolates were so good. The staff are very nice as well. Definitely worth the trip

We had a tour voucher with complimentary truffle or chocolate dipped strawberry. We chose not to do the tour because we had done it a year ago. The truffle we tried was tequila and it was delicious. The sampling table needs more tongs and spoons...More
