The founder originally was a partner in the Hillenbrandt winery which has become Trius. We were fascinated to learn that he was the first to make and sell ice wine in Ontario (& Canada). We also had a wine tasting and left with 3 bottles.

We stumbled on this small but impressive winery. There was a wine shop/tasting room with a very knowledgable host who was anxious to help with finding a chardonnay that I liked. The founder originally was a partner in the Hillenbrandt winery which has become Trius.

Joseph's had the best ice wine we tasted, and we visited 5 different wineries! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Enjoyed a couple of flights of their wines. Nice visit as we were the only ones there on a cold Friday evening. We liked all their wines, very full bodied and nice and dry. We especially liked their Cab Franc and took a couple of...More
