Andrew Peller was one of the founding fathers of Ontario wine; today his namesake winery remains a family-owned enterprise - focused around the grand winery, showpiece barrel cellar and gracious Peller Estates Winery Restaurant (helmed by Chef Jason Parsons). Food and wine pairing themes are mainstays in the chock-full seminar and event calendar. Peller Estates' full range of Private Reserve whites, reds and sweet wines by Winemaker Katie Dickieson are always rich and approachable, while the Signature Series features age-worthy reds, award-winning Icewines and the unique Ice Cuvée sparklers, sweetened with a touch of Icewine.

While we have done many wine tours, there were a couple of differences with this one. First the difference chocolate made when paring a wine , then ending up in 10 below the ice bar, while not in there for long it was something nice to experience. Don't worry if you do the tour in the summer and don't have... More

Had an amazing time! I always loved wine and pretty much all I knew was they come in red and white and that it tastes good. We had Mark as a tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions our group had. We were in a group of 6. I enjoyed how each time we... More

Went on an amazing tour - including the ice "lounge". Jessica was great! The tour was through the vineyards, barrels, then then the ice lounge (with jackets!) wasn't something you always see. A unique experience with world class wine and a great tour guide!

The Wine and Cheese experience was excellent. It was amazing to see how food changed the flavor and taste of wine. A worthwhile experience. Also learned additional uses for ice wine. Krista was our hostess and she was great. Now to the wine flights../ it was busy so it took a while to be served. They were understaffed. Wines were... More

My wife and I went to the Pellets Estates Winery today. We were met by our guide Brittany who started us out with a sample of sparkling wine. Brittany seemed to be well informed and very pleasant. She took us on a 1 hour tour talking about white and then red wine. Finally ending up in the -10 room tasting... More

I went here with some family members and it was absolutely beautiful there. We had dinner outside and was very good, great staff and great meals. I'm not a wine person but it was very good. Everyone should go.

During the annual ice wine festival, we went to the Whiskey Sour Experience at Peller Estates Winery. They have an annual contest to make the best mixed drink using ice wine. Of course it was all conducted outside, cold but a great time and a really great drink (an I'm not much of a drinker). Peller estates won the contest... More

We had the opportunity to take a tour of Pellar Estates. Our tour guide was Michelle. We had an excellent time and Michelle was very knowledgeable about wines and the wine making process. The tour was excellent and so are the wines. We look forward to visiting again.

Great people, wonderful wines (of course) Mentioned we were married, a couple hours beforehand...the staff cheered us with a bottle of Bubbly. Highly recommend a tour & a tasting of all Pellet has to offer!

We have been wine club members at Peller for several years. We frequently go with friends and often take one of the tours. Recently the number of available tours have expanded, and one on the new experiences is Vino and Cocoa. The guides are nearly always experienced and often students in the vineyard/winery courses offered at local colleges - so... More
