Best place to be with family and friends. Love watching beluga whales and other animals. The rides are really good as well. I also love deer park.

It's a disappointing experience and the poor animals should be relocated. There are plenty of other animal attractions and fun things to do with the family in southern Ontario, so take your money elsewhere.

I don't understand why this place has not been shut down by the government. Last time I went - it was so depressing to see beautiful mammals in this sad place. There are so many allegations - today its the black bears - Ontario needs to shut this place down.

These animals are sad. This place seems outdated and over priced . My teens saw a lot of animals that looked depressed . The Belugas especially. Should be shut

This place is horrific. HORRIFIC. Do not bring your children here, do not spend money here, do not go anywhere near this place. This “park” is only for sick individuals who like to see animals suffering. It’s disgusting.

This park is under review to be charged with animal cruelty or shutdown. Don’t visit this horrible place. It makes me sick to think my parents took us as kids and that as I got older I didn’t know better. The animals are suffering it’s so obviously clear. Walruses are my favourite animal and they can weigh up to 1.5 tonnes but the walrus here was treated like a circus act and dramatically under fed, you could see it’s spine and a huge lump on its neck that isn’t normal. It devastated me and I’ve never been back. Don’t support a man who purposely trapped marine life, took them away from their natural habitats where they thrived just to put money in his pocket while the animals suffered. It’s a disgusting establishment and it needs to be put out of business. Watch Our Planet with your kids instead.

We only went for the roller coaster dragon mountain and it did not disappoint. The park is huge and has so much potential it just needs financial investment. The rides were ok, we didn’t see any shows or buy any food. Sad to see all the deer locked up behind a gate but understand that adults behaving badly caused this to happen. Tickets are expensive for what it is. Loved the free parking. Staff were really friendly!

Horrible. Depressing. Gross.
This is the worst place ever. The worst place I visited. The worst place I took my kids. I’m disgusted with myself for bowing in and buying tickets. Please don’t support this animal welfare (or prison) DO MOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE

Took my two boys aged 4 and 6.
We went here hoping for a fun family day out. On arrival I thought the ticket prices were particularly expensive ($50+). The first place we visited was the penguin enclosure. You had to walk through some sort of foot bath presumably for bio security. It was not well marked and we missed it. The grumpy lady sitting in the penguin enclosure bit our heads off. We returned immediately having noticed our mistake. We started looking at the penguins and I turned round to find my 6 year old was missing. He is a very quiet and sensitive little guy and not at all naughty. I left through the same door I had just come in to find him crying in the corner. The staff member had screamed at him to get out several times. I took on him in by the hand via the foot bath again. The next thing she was screaming at me about using the foot bath again. I explained to her I had used it now twice but that was not enough for her. I had to leave again to go through it all whilst being shouted at in front of other guests and with a really hurt and upset kid. Now so I understand the importance of bio security but….. put some bloody signs up explaining and you know what if it still isn’t clear then speak with some manners no need to scream and make kids cry.
The rides were ok for young kids. The park looks very fun down. There was no natural foliage in the deer pen although they were provided hay and hand fed. The bears looked utterly miserable. Belugas not much better. Dolphins were slightly better. Bring your own food as it is poorly run and expensive. No sense of efficiency, flies and wasps everywhere. Not somewhere I would recommend going to to be honest.

We were very skeptical about visiting the park after reading so many bad reviews lately.
However, we had a blast. While two of the rides didn't work, the rest were fully staffed and the lines were non-existent. Overall the park was fairly clean, with the exception of the fish/bird feeding area. The staff were very nice and helpful. For the price we paid, we got a bargain. We very much enjoyed the fact that the park is very diverse, with many things to occupy our 2 year old, as well as our older boys. We spent the whole day there and we could have stayed for even longer.
