The water rapid walk is a wooden boardwalk along the falls. There are locations along the walk where you come so close to the rapids and you will experience the breathtaking force of the Niagara rapids. You will also read about the rapids and why it is a category 6 rapid. The views along this path are well worth the... More

It is really impressive and has to be viewed. But $24 for 2 people, it is too expansive.. Well located.

We got the classic activity pass for the Niagara Falls area and this was included. It was interesting seeing the river and the force of the water. It was a lovely day when we went, not sure it would be do good on a wet day!

A nice easy walk alongside the Category 6 rapids of the river. It was so amazing to see how fast and turbulent the rapids were. Took about 20-30 minutes to complete (at your own pace) and had some great views and good photo ops.

A good boardwalk alongside the Niagara, getting as close to the Niagara as possible. Very calming watching the water tumble past & very pretty. To access this you go down in a lift - so a long wait to do this- but worth it. At the start of the walk, theres a lovely exhibition about people who have gone over... More

At CAD $14, it is a bit pricey for a short boardwalk but worth the effort and sure to be educational for the kids. The lift down is original which itself is quite amazing and the rapids are so mesmerising. Very fast and loud and a good stop in Niagara away from the huge crowds at the falls. Connected to... More

I don't think they have changed this in 50 years. It's a unique way to experience the falls. It doesn't take very long to do. If you're claustrophobic this isn't an activity for you. May be considered a little pricey for what you get to do, but where else can you get that close to such a powerful part of... More
