    Awesome
We did the buffet dining experience and it was amazing. For $49.00 CAD per person you can’t beat that. It’s cheaper than the regular menu. Also if you dine in you get to the observation deck for free. So it’s great deal.

wife's first trip to the top
This was my wife's first trip to the top and my second, but the first was over 30 years ago. The view is great and you can get a dollar off deal if you find a coupon in one of the many tour books they put out. They really do not limit the time spent on the observation deck so feel free to take your time. The one thing I did not care for was the photos they try to get you to take and then purchase on the way down. Too pricey. Also, they try to get all the people they can in the elevator so the trip up is rather cramped.

    Wonderful Experience - OK Food
I would go again for the atmosphere and delightful views. The food is not memorable and there is a required minimum amount per person, which seemed to be $50 Canadian, not including beverages or dessert. One person in our party attempted to order two appetizers and a dessert, which would have cost over $50 and she was told that, regardless of ordering the dessert, she needed to order a third appetizer if not ordering one of the pricier entrees. Service was very good and it was a charming evening all in all.

    Amazing views,and a good Buffet.
My wife booked the Skylon tower buffet before we arrived in Niagra, and to be fair we really enjoyed it.like other reviewers have stated the tower is looking its age but the reception area and lifts up and down are well organised ,so no long wait. We were seated at a table for two next to the windows and wow !!! the views are fantastic.but to honest regardless were your sitting the views are stunning. The buffet isn’t the biggest ,so don’t expect a Vegas casino sized one ,but the selection was good and we enjoyed are food. After our meal your ticket includes a trip to the viewing platform, and again great views. A really good experience we both enjoyed and if I’m being honest probably the best meal we had during are stay in Niagra falls.

Most beautiful view ever while eating!
Had a great dinner at the buffet with a Perfect view of niagara falls while we ate. The buffet was wonderful (a little pricy for a buffet dinner) But the view while eating was worth it. The meal also came with a free ticket to the observation deck, and what a view. Tip: for the best view reserve dinner early in the evening .

    Fantastic! Highly recommended
We ate at the Skylon Tower, choosing the buffet restaurant at $50. As it costs $20 just to go up to the observatory, we thought the price was okay. The food was really good, and as it is an all you can eat buffet, there's plenty of choice and the food is good quality (except the 'chicken fingers' were awful - tasted old as well as being cold!). Our table was booked for 5pm and we arrived to check in at 4.45pm, securing a window seat. The views are truly amazing. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Views and a delicious meal
We had a delicious early dinner that included admission to the observation level. Service was wonderful! The views of the various falls and the river were breathtaking during our meal and afterward from observation area. Restaurant rotates so you have the opportunity to see everything for miles in every direction.

Visit Skylon Tower if you can!
Amazing dinner and views from Skylon Tower today. We ate at the buffet restaurant, delicious selection of foods with starter, mains, desserts, cheese & coffee/tea for $50 per head (£37) Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking is so easy in the town, even for the motorhome with multiple parking lots offering all day parking for $5-10

This was an amazing view of surrounding area. I liked that the indoor observation area had plaques stating what you were seeing. There was little wait for the elevators. The photos taken before we went up were too cute to not purchase. The lower level of the tower was sad. It could be so much more! But we did buy some souvenirs at one of the small shops.

Very short line, so minimal wait. Quick elevator ride, friendly staff operating elevators. Great views and super fun that it was so windy up top.

Definitely worth viewing the falls from 750 feet above the earth! Given this Natural Wonder of the World, it made sense to see it from all sides! We visited the tower as part of a walking tour that included the Journey Behind the Falls as well as a trip on the Hornblower. We liked it so much we decided to return that night, use our $10 coupons from our walking tour to attend the buffet and see the view at night with the colored lights and the fireworks. The buffet had a lot of options - we had a later (8:00) sitting but there was plenty of food, it was hot and restocked often. It wasn't too crowded and we told them we were celebrating our anniversary so I think that helped us get a window seat of the falls. We were able to watch the sun go down, lights come on and then after dinner go and really experience the colors and the fireworks. A must do when in Niagara!

Very pretty views of a bunch of falls. I came earlier in the day (around 10:40am) and it was empty, got some very nice photos. Leaving at 12, there was a long line already. There’s also a restaurant here.

Cannot believe this experience is so cheap!

We seen a few YouTube clips of the tower before we traveled. We went mid afternoon and it was relatively quiet. The weather gods were with us leaving an unforgettable experience.its a must if you visit Niagara.

Went for the experience. Elevator was kinda cool going up as you are on the outside of the building. Elevator going down was horrible. Wait staff and Service were good. View was good but food was just ok- and pricey!! Be prepared to pay a lot for your meal as you’re paying for the “view”. Drinks were outrageous as well. Better food (and got a coupon from our hotel)-at the Keg. Over hyped- no need for this tower view “experience” overpriced so so meal. Just buy a ticket to the top and go to The Keg.

Many may consider it a must do experience. But you can get a better experience by simply being up close to the falls. The travel wait times up and down are excessive.
When we travelled we waited for 25 mins to go up and 20 mins to come down.

The Skylon Tower can be kind of confusing. There are a lot of admissions sold inside at the base. We had 8:30 dinner reservations, but also wanted to see the 4-D movie and visit the observation deck. Either way, in order to go up at all, one needs a ticket. So we purchased three tickets for the elevator for dinner that we could use as admission to visit the observation deck after dinner. There were fireworks around 10:00, so it was fun to see them from up there, although we had also seen them from the Maid of the Mist the night before. The observation deck is interesting at night, great views, very windy. For the fireworks, grab a spot on the falls side around 9:40. One can also see most of the view from just inside without enduring the winds and cold if it is a chilly night. There is a "cage" so there is not possibility of humans falling. Phones, hats, etc. could go over. The experience is nearly identical to the Space Needle in Seattle. Happily, the elevator itself was not stuffy, and I heard someone say it has not had any breakdown issues in 20 years. We purchased the movie tickets the next day for the 4-D movie, which was just ok. The story could be told in about two minutes without the hokey Indian story.
