You will feel inadequate as you think of your yard back home. The grounds are so spacious that you will runout of time or get tired of walking before viewing all of the garden. You will... More

We visited after the tulips etc were finished and before the planting of the annual gardens which might have been postponed due to the cold, wet Spring we have experienced. I have visited the Gardens on every visit I have made to the area and highly recommend it. There are nice walking paths and grassy areas available seating. Wear comfortable,... More

Where is a better place to enjoy sunny spring day then Botanical Gardens?. Lush, green, full with blooms. Gardens were first opened in 1936, grounds are divided into different sections, rock gardens, grasses, vegetables, flowering trees and bushes. There is Horticultural Institute and Butterflies Conservatory on the grounds. Horse carriage available for hire. Grounds are not clearly marked and posted... More

The Gardens were beautiful. Such pretty trees, flowers and shrubs. Loved the Butterfly Observatory too.

Wander these beautiful Botanical Gardens then take your picnic lunch to a nearby shady park area for some peaceful rest and relaxation. Beautiful!

We have visited the gardens in so many occasions and still can not get enough. If you love flowers this is a must see place. Only a few minutes from the falls. Or add it to one of your tourn.

Free for the 5.00 parking fee, a good way to enjoy a sunny afternoon. The flowers of course are seasonal, from spring bulbs now, to beautiful roses later in the summer.
