We happened to have a lovely sunny day, was quite cool but fine with jackets. The ferry seems to be well run and in top notch order, I look forward to another trip some time.

The ferry is functional and clean. It could use an upgrade though in my opinion. It's starting to feel a little bit old inside.

The issues I had only is the that car ferry runs at odd times and if you want to go for a day trip even off peak season you are screwed if you want to bring the car.

This is a very pleasant ferry ride of about 90 minutes, especially if the weather is nice as it was for us

Good visit to the island and winery. Took our bikes and went around the island and then stopped for lunch at the winery. You can bring your own lunch or buy it there and get a bottle of wine. Delicious

Reservations are required. I was fortunate to get a reservation the day before due to a cancellation. Even though it was off season the ferry was full. Not too many people but many tractors, hydro and telephone trucks plus cars. The ferry departed and returned...More

This is one of the only, and certainly the most accessible way to get to Pelee Island. Space is limited, so book as soon as your decide that you will be going to the Island, especially if you plan to bring a vehicle.

We chose the time it would be convenient for us to get to the Ferrie dock from when we left home (approx 2.5-3 hour drive). After using the ferrie, I would advise people to check the schedule and make sure they go on the "big"...More

Fun to ride the ferry. Lots of bicycles on Pele island, returned on the ferry. Nice people. Efficiently run.

Not that I know of. We parked on the street alongside the parking and the boardwalk but that is taking you chances bcuz that is city property and you can get a parking ticket. We were lucky we didn't.
