The waterfront is a nice place they have many benches and you can enjoy the scenery. The water fountains are a nice touch. Didn't quite care for the hot dog vendors throwing old hot dogs on the ground and then the homeless man had to go pick it up, the hot dog vendor could have handed it to him like... More

This is a beautiful section of the City of Kingston. From the waterfront you can get a unique view of the Royal Military College of Canada and Historical Fort Henry offering some great photo opportunities. As you walk along the waterfront you will see many other views and quickly realize that some of your best vacation photos will be taken... More

A nice area for wandering along the waterside, boat / people watching. The main town is typically east Canadian.

The Kingston waterfront is good but not great. The city needs to spend more attention to keeping this area clean as it is used for many street festivals during the summer

My wife and I enjoy walks along the Kingston waterfront especially from Richardson Beach to Albert St. This walk is so peaceful and serene past the "Pollution " sculpture and the "Time " sculpture and Pavillion and Murney tower give you some historic perspective. If you haven't taken this walk I recommend it highly !!

Watching the Boats come and go, the birds in the Marina area, the children playing in the park, the tourists mingling about - a great time was had for all.

Kingston had some of the best waterfront in Canada of not the world. To truly appreciate it however you should come in the summer and be on a boat. Luckily of you don't have your own there are your boats right down town for you to go out on for a reasonable price The restaurants in the area are amazing... More

The waterfront is beautiful and it's a relatively easy and flat walking area to accommodate all ages and ability. There are always lots of interesting activities and things to do or se in the summer months.

it is hard to believe that the City of Kingston has not done more with its waterfront but what is done is nice. Some interesting walks and a couple of restaurants that offer a view
