This was the third time at this location for a business meeting. Last time was in the summer, so I was able to see a bit of the outside trails and surrounding area. Would love to have more time to see it all. Perhaps next year. So for this trip the occasion was for a meeting in the large hall.... More

I live to go for walks here. There are many different trails to choose from of varying distances. It is well maintained and have lots of trail markers to guide you so won't get lost.

We went there hoping for doing some canoe ... then realized the admin office was closed during the weekend. I did take a short walk around the little lake. We were the only ones there and maybe that is why I felt unsafe. The lake is not as good compared to other lakes close by in Ottawa or Quebec. You... More

We went here over March Break with nieces and nephews, family. Great for something to do. Kids loved it. They also loved the pancakes and treats. Only issue we had was there was no guided tours. There was even a sign for it. But no one was there.

I have been here a few times just to walk the trails and see the wild life. The area is a marsh so the trails are flat but can get wet in places. There is a good choice of trail lengths, and trails will connect to longer trail systems. I recommend visiting on week days when it is quieter, for... More

If you just want to go for a nice watershed hike, this is the place in Kingston to go. The trails are all easy; they're marked, groomed, and have little or no elevation change. Many of them are low-lying so you'll want to plan for some occasional mud if it has rained recently. In winter, the trails are groomed for... More

A beautiful spot to feed little birds and get away from the city. Different trails to walk along, bring the whole family. Can't wait to go back.

I have lived in Kingston for nearly 20 years and with work and travels, I never really discovered this place until yesterday. My friend and I went Kayaking. We've done this before but in Quebec, this time it was to be close to home. The price was average, $15 ea for two hours. The Kayak itself was acceptable for the... More

Excellent cross-country ski trails in the winter (when we get enough snow!), skating on the reservoir, hiking in the summer...a wonderful place close to the city. We always make the trip out for Maple Madness in March as well for pancakes and maple syrup.
