We've lived in Guelph for about a year and a half and everytime we drove by the museum we told ourselves that we need to check it out. So, in October, we did. The entrance fee is $5.00 and there's no question you'll get $5.00...More

A very good look at life in Guelph through the ages. Makes you appreciate history. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You can tell that they love what they do. They also have a space for parties and meetings. That would be cool.

A nice place to stop for a few hours to learn about Guelph and its history. I enjoyed seeing many photos from the past compared to today. Lots of interesting items to see and they were well organized. The kids area had many fun activities...More

Knowing nothing of Guelph when I went into the museum, I came out knowing a lot more about it. It's great as an introduction to the city, with its history being charted from the first tree cut and through inventions, innovations and so on. Small...More

A must visit in Guelph..gives entrance to McRae museum on Water Street too.amazing variety of information available..very big on water on our planet. Lovely gift shop and housed in a lovely building. I am going to take out an annual pass when I move there.
