In the heart of the Annapolis Valley, Upper Clements Amusement park opened its doors in 1989 and has since been one of Atlantic Canada's top tourism destinations. The amusement park stands on 75 acres and features over 30 rides and attractions which bring over 70,000 people every year. We are the only park in Atlantic Canada that features a Flume ride (the Sissiboo Sizzler), and we are the proud home of the only wooden roller coaster in Atlantic Canada, the Tree Topper roller coaster.

They owners don't seem to have put much money into the parks safety. I was disappointed the train, roller coaster and flume was down for half the day. The safety concern is that the plastic balls in the children's slide area were so depleted that...More

Upper Clements is great small theme park for the entire family. Reasonable bracelet prices, and enough rides to keep everyone busy. Unfortunately the train was down; it always seems like there is at least one thing not working. For small kids there is a lot...More

The coaster was closed for routine maintenance the day we visited, a busy Saturday in August. This, the biggest and best attraction of the park, closed, and it was not announced on the park's web site, nor were we informed before standing in line to...More

This park is a great place to visit for the whole family. All of us had fun at the park, lines weren't overly long and the prices are fair.

Excellent place to spend a day out with the whole family. There is something for kids of all ages. Flume ride was the highlight. It was a shame that the roller coaster and the train was out. People come from far to enjoy rides so...More

First visit with the grandchildren, they had a great time and I particularly liked the fact that there were benches everywhere to stop and rest a while and placed in shady areas to get a reprieve from a hot day!

I'd say this is for kids 13 and under, it's a wonderful friendly well run little park with loads to do for the kids. With loads of places to stay nearby.

Having been to numerous theme parks around the world, this is my take on Upper Clements Park in Nova Scotia. First of all, you have to put this into perspective. The population density and demographic for this has to figure into the equation. This is...More

The entrance fee was waived but if you wanted to go on the rides the cost was $5/ride or a pass for $30 which included all the rides except the Zip Lines which costs $7.50/ride. There are shows that vary from week to week. There...More

Not to my knowledge. Our children were not restricted on any of the water pools or slides. Two pools were right next to each other. One with large slides for older kids and adults and the other with wade deep water and... More
